November 5--Texture
I didn't have a chance to post my texture pictures last night, so I'm doing it today. Tomorrow is the last North Brevard Horseman's Council (NBHC) open pleasure show of the season. I'm looking forward to photographing it, especially with the weather looking to be a sunny 77 all day!
First of all, my pick to represent my texture pictures.
I've always had an appreciation for beautiful horses and good photography. I grew up riding and showing in a variety of events, from western pleasure to dressage, while making my start in 4-H. It wasn't until the Air Force sent me to Korea that I discovered a love for photography that transcended the simple point and shoot cameras with which I was familiar. I bought my first digital SLR to capture the stunning Korea scenery and just kept learning from there.
I especially enjoy capturing the relationship between horse and rider as I know what a special bond that is, having owned my Appendix Quarter Horse "Jessie" for the last 15 years. I now focus on dressage but enjoy watching a well trained team from any discipline! I am excited to offer my photography services to Florida with the help of my husband and business partner Craig. I am available for farm calls, portrait sessions, and horse shows.
